Stephen Hager is a lifelong learner, scientist, author, speaker and teacher. Along with Deanna Phelps, he is the co-creator of brain-based human development products. After 17 years with Olin, Stephen founded The Univar Group, Ltd. an international market research, training and consulting firm. As Research Director, Stephen's hands-on experience with worldwide organizations and government agencies forged his deep desire to help people communicate and work together in better and more respectful ways.
