Hi everybody. As a mom of five, one of my biggest daily concerns is making sure that my kids get a good night’s sleep. My new Sleep IQ kids’ bed from Sleep Number has really helped them. Here are tips that have really been making the difference. Limit liquids,I try to limit liquids as much as possible late in the day. Start early, getting kids to bed can take a while, give yourself the extra time by starting early. A ritual, stay consistent. We actually do bath before dinner so that my kids are refreshed and relaxed,then teeth and bathroom, and a story and bed.
